Updated ljDump (for Dreamwidth and LiveJournal)

I've helped a friend to move from LiveJournal to Dreamwidth, which prompted them to make LiveJournal and Dreamwidth backups which in turn prompted me to collect all the recent patches for ljdump and make it work with TLS+"clear" auth.
